any special quota like HO, OS, DN...etc and it will result in void stamp...
when I booked this ticket, it was GNWL. HO gets void stamp is fine, but this should not have void stamp
a confirmed PNR is marked void only to tell the people that this PNR wouldnot have been confirmed in its normal course.So that people are not distracked.
Any quota such as FT,OS,DF,HO and few more these are done manually.A ticket from GNWL can't get promoted to any of these without manual intervention,i.e in form of some written request/application to concerned department of indian railway
