Even after cancellation of a Berth, the W/L passengers have not been advanced (promoted towards confirmation).
Cancelled Berth was from PQ, While the rest two WL passengers are from RL...
the status is same as when PNR posted and now. so no question that why status did not moved even after 1 cancellation. cancellation happened before posting the PNR in forum.
