Stations which are of other Zone and their divisional HQ are in other Zone?

BSB is such Div the Div is of NER but main station also known as Cantt is in NR yes a part of it is controlled by NER but the NR is in authority.
Earlier the Achnera was in NER but controlling was of WR.
