Someone must have booked from NED-YPR. Hence for the INDB / BPL - NED leg, 2 berths were vacant, hence 1st two passengers placed and confirmed right there. After this, there were no more vacant berths for the said quota / journey leg, hence 3rd passenger placed in regular GNWL with RAC. This has to Confirm surely.
