sanghimangi 580 blog postsWhy people are not showing much interest to Duronto express comparing to Rajdhani(s). This Duronto also runs good speed and convenient timings than Rajdhani(s), still why people are ignoring this train, I can't understand... Today I've seen no current booking availability for Rajdhanis whereas Duronto has 100s of vacant berths...

I think Duronto Timing should be revised like this.
BCT Dep: 20:50 NDLS Arr: 13:00
NDLS Dep: 20:50 BCT Arr: 13:00

Sir, May you please elaborate why the change in timings are needed? So that we could get some exact idea of yours... Because arriving at 13:00 hrs, I do not see any meaning which pushes early departure in the night... Because Delhi and Mumbai are such big cities which needs 2 to 3 hrs local travel to catch the trains, after finishing works. So the current timings of post 23:00 hrs are much better in my view..
i thought of intermediate timing, so i suggested this timing, but whatever u said is true. it never came in my mind
It is ok sir.. being a harbour line public of Mumbai, I feel every time bad because of partition between CR and WR which troubles extra 3 hrs up and down to catch Delhi/Gujarat trains...
