53-0, Azad hind has started behaving like Jhelum... they start from pune with very less time difference.. usi ka effect hai kya?
the intermediate stations have very less CK quota, that is the reason its WL.
i think that there must have been a CK ticket from HWH-NGP, the same can be alloted for CK Passengers for NGP-PUNE.. i am not sure if this happens
a CK ticket cannot be swapped with another CK ticket of onward journey, the berths will be pooled and will be allotted as per laid down criteria. GNWL will get 1st preference, gone are the days when CKWL had more weightage than GNWL
