Prabhakar ji, the guest has clearly stated at Re# 82302-4 that he has not purchased the ticket. Then you are asking for PNR#. Let him book a ticket.

See there is a difference between current waitlist 19 and original waitlist 19. Now if the original waitlist is around 24-25 there are chances. Higher it is chances can get lesser
