It was needed as Goa was before time and had to depart on its schedule time so GT was allowed to proceed.
Yes but this wont be done for all the instance. In most of the cases they would have held GT at JHS outer.
GT is very few train with very very aggressive schedule considering the number to stops.
The prior day GT took 1 hr more than its running time between Bina & JHS.

Once again late running GT was allowed to overtake Goa to reach on time without affecting Goa's run between RKM & MTJ.

Yeah today GT was on time at NDLS also Goa was 5mins before time at NZM. Gr8 to NCR.
