Why the SC Rajdhani Rake is Kept idle at Okhla is #NZM is Unable to Handle the Rakes.

tvc chennai ac exp ??? already duronto is flop ... convert duronto to ac exp first ..
TVC Rajdhani is already having RSA with MAS Rajdhani, so not possible to use any further...as far as SC Rajdhani is considered, it will sooner or later get LHB, after which the rake and maintenance may be transferred to SCR, in the present condition there is no use of transferring and running as AC Express...
