My sister-in-law is pregnant and she will be traveling alone. There are no ticket available in general quota but there are ticket available in lower berth quota. I got to know from one of my friend (he is not sure of it) that while booking ticket in lower berth quota i have to produce pregnancy certificate. If true then is there any format or procedure with the help of which i have to get the pregnancy certificate.
If false, then what is the procedure.
Thanks
Anil

Is there any specific format available? or i can get it from any doctor of my choice in any format.
When Trying Use Rajdhani or Duronto as these are having Lower Seats available for Old Pregnant Ladies available not in other trains as Other trains will have Rush and Medical Facility will not be Possible on Board but in Prestigious Trains it is Available.
i am not sure about any prescribed format for this. May be a doctor's certificate will do. Lets see what others say on this?
Just go to the doctor he will give in writing on his own letter head.
When Going for #PRS show the Original Certificate issued by Doctor or Hospital after that Book your Ticket 100% Chance of Getting Ticket in Lower Berth in Ladies Quota.
