Hello, would like to know from members as to how is the response, if communication is sent to the GM or the DRM of a particular division regarding any grievance. (pertaining to station infrastructure related issue, coach related issues etc etc).Do we get any response from their end or is it a case of automated replies or a case of no reply at all??

At times the replies are funny. e.g. there is no such proposal to introduce a train... while the response should be, after considering the proposal, its not feasible .... In short what rail users propose is all to be ignored...
