sir even in karnataka we have got holidays on
mahalaya, ashtami, navami and dashmi, though puja
is nt celebrated here...same for other states i
guess...plenty of govt.holidays, so all rushing to their
homes to spend...

True BG . This is in fact the common holiday season in most states although the names vary location-wise like Durga Puja , Navratri , Dusserah etc .
we have monday n wednesday off!!all trains from bangalore are going to be jam packed!!
i thnk we are missing the main topic? what i am asking what u are saying there is no meaning
