I am trying to cancel my ticket for the PNR 6223805974 from today 2 PM but not able to cancel it every time IRCTC gives the message "Unable to retrieve due to communication failure".
Train is 13019 Bagh Express
From Bareily (BE) to Rudrapur (RUPC)

u can email IRCTC cc to cancel ur ticket ,bt send tht mail frm email id which is register with ur irctc id.

The same situation is happened to me so I am guiding you the process. The only way is File TDR through your registered IRCTC ticket booked id after the chart preparation at your Boarding point.Genarlly that is 4 hours before the boarding station.
