it may depend upon extra coach, ho seats availablity and whats the status of tkt
First confirmation will be GNWL, then only CK. 3 or 4 month back case filed in high court reg. this and IR ordered to prioritize GNWL then CK.

1)GN Quota gets the first preference in cases where extra coaches are being attached.
2) If there is no extra coaches then generally CKWL passengers get preference. Having said that, there is no fixed rule that CKWL wud be given preference it totally depends upon respective division
