as per my Observation Raj/Duronto me ye sab calculation nehi chalta hai...........
this isnt fair ..is it really that 1 seat of available somewhere else ?? or some1 canceled and it wasnt captured in the online system ...??
lekin mera question hai kyo ...aisa kaun sa quota hai jo visible nahi hai but exist karta hai ..khaskar 1st ac me ...

hmm interesting ..i think this will valid for 1ac for most of rajdhani as i have experienced the same in sbc rajdhani in 1st ac many times ...also one thing ti notice is that one hardly see regret WL in 1st ac of rajdhani or premuim trains at source stations ..might be due to this invisible quota ..
