Direct subsidy transfer into Bank accounts is the way to curb the touts but how the subsidy will be transferred to those who buy unversed tickets in subsidized category like Senior citizen category. Will the govt. make it mandatory to show Aadhar card at the time of buying Unreserved tickets of subsidized class???
