Can anyone explain me this? I had to board train today morning 8.35 PM, and unfortunately i missed it. So i was filing TDR against that PNR. But while submitting i'm getting highlighted warning. I chose reason for tdr "Passenger Not Traveled". according to my understanding we can also fill tdr after departure of the train till next 2 hrs, but not sure what it is. Can anyone explain this? or faced the similar problem.

that is fine... we can cancel it 4 hrs prior to departure of the train, but what if someone missed the train. Is there anyway to get some refund like before we get 50 %.

That is the concern dear... it was e-ticket and its been almost 2 weeks but no amount is credited yet. Do you know any contact where i can contact regarding this and get this resolved. I already sent a mail to irctc regarding this but no response... Dont know what to do now..

already sent... but no response. Even i called customer care they are saying the train was cancelled but later on it departed few hrs delayed.
And you know i have the cancellation message even railways sent to me.
