i am supposed to travel train no.22476 CBE to ANND tomorrow ( 24.08.19) , now i got sms that train diverted due to operational reasons at SRR will run via JTJ ,KPD, RU, BPL. so if i want to cancel, will i get full refund ? pls help
Since you starting station and and the destination station is still in en route i think full refund not awarded .

Good decision when only its running time is coming down from current 2Hr 37 Min to 1Hr 40 between PGT & TCR. Other wise its just a bad decision which affecting other fellow passengers mainly from SRR to MAQ side.

Rightly said..!!, And if want to save valuable time can be work out to reduce the running time in these area also, AWY TO ERS 20 KM - 1 Hrs (30 Min is enough) PGT TO SRR - 45 KM - 2 Hrs (45 Min is enough) MAKM TO ALLP - 12 KM - 1 Hrs (30 Min is more than enough) and for the other direction PER TO MAS 6KM - 1Hrs ( 20 Min is enough) and 1 More hour stoppage in MAS (20 min is more enough) other than removal of SRR stop. Lot of people from Malabar is befitted by this train to go to Chennai with siting as a option in day time
