We have around 4 daily trains from Chennai to Mangalore. However we do not have any one train along the Konkan Coast from Chennai.
Railways should extend 1 train from Mangalore to LTT and this will help Coimbatore have a shorter connectivity to Mumbai and Chennai a connectivity to the west coast.

Indian Railways should take measures to start another daily train from Chennai to Patna. The Present trains are running at complete capacity & it is been difficult to get tickets.
When ever a new train is introduced by IR I see a message "By popular demand" or "land standing request" for this new route is delivered. Please let me know if there is any formal portal wherein one can request for new Train/routes.
