friends i cancelled a prs tkt on 16 nov at kcg rly stn scr zone but due to demonetisation they were not giving refund in cash instead they were crediting to bank account. they said it will take 1 month but now it has been more than 1 month but money has not been credited in my bank account.anybody pls suggest what to do

friends i have my exam on 17 dec morning 8am bhopal,i am planning to leave hyderabad on 15 dec night by dakshin exp 12721 from secunderabad which will reach bhopal at 4 pm in the evening of 16 dec .so is this a wise decision or should i leave hyd on14 dec.i am asking all these due to the fog conditions.do i need to take one extra day due to fog.please reply.

friends i have booked a berth in 12721 dakshin exp on 23 oct from secunderabad to nizammuddin in sleeper class current status rac 58 i have opted for vikalp option now in irctc there is remark saying ALT train defined you are likely to get CNF accommodation in ALT train.So exactly what does it mean,also i am worried that if i dont get a berth then it will be a great problem for me.
