हर किसी को अब 3 मई का इंतजार है और उत्सुकता यह जानने की है कि क्या Lockdown खुल जाएगा? क्या 4 मई से ट्रेनें चलने लगेंगी? अभी यह साफ नहीं है, लेकिन Indian Railways ने Lockdown के बाद की अपनी रणनीति पर मंथन शुरू कर दिया है। प्लानिंग यह है कि यदि Lockdown खुलने के बाद Trains चलाई जाती हैं तो क्या व्यवस्था रखी जाए कि यात्रियों को असुविधा भी न हो और कोरोना वायरस से उनका बवाच भी हो सके। इस बात पर विचार हो रहा है कि क्या जब तक कोरोना वायरस काबू नहीं हो जाता, ट्रेनों में खाना ने बांटा जाए, सिर्फ पानी ही सर्व किया जाए। खबर है कि Lockdown खत्म होने के बाद शताब्दी एक्सप्रेस, गतिमान एक्सप्रेस और तेजस एक्सप्रेस के साथ राजधानी जैसी प्रीमियम ट्रेनों में सफर के दौरान यात्रियों को खाना अपने साथ लाना पड़ सकता है। पढ़िए लखनऊ से निशांत यादव की...

आईआरसीटीसी के मुख्य क्षेत्रीय प्रबंधक अश्विनी श्रीवास्तव के अनुसार, तेजस को लॉकडाउन हटने के बाद एयरलाइन्स की तर्ज पर शारीरिक दूरी का पालन करते हुए चलाया जा सकता है। इस ट्रेन में सतर्कता के तहत पानी यात्रियों को दिया जा सकता है। खाना न देने पर फिलहाल विचार चल रहा है।
Trains में ऐसी हो सकती है व्यवस्था
योजना के मुताबिक, Railways इन चुनिंदा ट्रेनों में केवल सादे पानी की ही आपूर्ति करेगा। इस दौरान शताब्दी और तेजस जैसी ट्रेनों में शारीरिक दूरी का पालन एयरलाइन्स की तर्ज पर होगा। एक चेयरकार की सीट के पीछे दूसरे यात्री को बैठाया जाएगा।
जनरल और स्लीपर क्लास की ट्रेनों की बोगियों में तो शारीरिक दूरी के लिए वेटिंग लिस्ट और मिडिल कंफर्म सीटों को हटाने की योजना बन गई है।
सबसे बड़ा संकट कोरोना वायरस के चलते AC क्लास के सफर को लेकर है। AC क्लास बोगियों में सेंट्रल AC होती है। ऐसे में इस AC को नहीं चलाया जा सकता है। असमंजस इसे लेकर भी है कि बिना AC के पूरी तरह बंद बोगी में यात्री परेशान हो जाएंगे। गर्मी में इन डिब्बों में सफर करना असंभव है। विचार हो रहा है कि ऐसे में AC क्लास बोगियों के शीशे भी हटाए जा सकते हैं। यानी ट्रेनें नॉन एसी हो सकती हैं। इसका असर किराए पर पड़ेगा।

The CDDEP is not part of the Johns Hopkins University, which had dissociated itself with the former after it came out with its report.The report advocates continuation of tight restrictions. “Restrictions would need to be tightened often to avoid a high peak of infections and hospitalisations,” it says, noting further that “fragmented frequent changes in lockdown policy or fragmented policies (states vs states and state vs centre) can result in policy confusion and community fatigue for enforcement.”
