How does SR comes into this,Rake belongs to SER and so does stoppage policy.
Yes same question with me too. Rake belongs to SER and slots too seems okay to provide halt at Katpadi. Then how SR involve in this issue
Zones ask concerned zones for stops and timings if ok or not then only final tt will come, also last min before Ingaural extra stops will be added in most cases
Agree but Katpadi is top revenue yielding station and many patients coming here to get treatment. Easily duronto can be provided halt at Katpadi at 14.43/14.45pm towards howrah and 12.08/12.10pm towards Bangalore. I don't know why stoppage is not provided still.
Katpadi station is in SR zone. So both SER & SR have to come to a similar agreement for providing stoppage of 12245/46 at there. SR does controlling of 12245/46 between Tiruttani & Jolarpettai, which falls under their jurisdiction.
Does the fare include catering charges too? Need to board at RU and deboard at HWH

I think after accident 1 rake of coromondel scrapped totally. To match Chennai mail, coromondel, Bengaluru Exp between these trains still 1 Rake is less. SER managing adding/removing coaches to match all 3 trains
This Duronto exp doesn't have any rake sharing and was late from past few days due to works and regulation in ECOR upto KGP. Coro mail RSA fot a new rake formed with extra coaches and one rake of the 6 rakes is running late by 12 hrs for 2 months. There is nothing to do with other trains sharing the rake

Both were included in phase2 130kmph upgradation.. most probably works might be going on..
