Please let me know if it's cancelled on 7th Feb or not? Because as per SWR notification released on 1st December showing cancelled, train no 12647 is also cancelled from Cbe side this week. So can anyone say will it be cancelled? However bookings are still open. Do reply, it's urgent

I have to travel from Mathura to Bengaluru around 21 feb. Seats are available in this train, but I am confused as this train is cancelled till 7 feb and dont know if it will get restarted or not due to developmental works at Mathura jn. In Karnataka express its showing RAC from NDLS, but not sure whether to take chance on it or not. Can anyone tell me the scope of this train "kongu" , whether it will get restarted or not, I just want assurance to go...

Remodelling will be completed by 5-7 th Feb as per schedule so no issue of further cancellation
