Demand for running empty train from Lingampalli to Bidar for 140km? already MTM express is running without occupancy and timings are too early and not in the direction of traffic flow. Even people of VJA or Bhadrachalam don't have need to travel to Bidar. SCR wants to utilize the pitline at Bidar shifting PM and running empty train.
I guess. SCR is getting ready to run SC-NGP & SC-PUNE VB trains. Hence this demand can get realized sadly. SC-NGP VB probable timings:- SC 05.20; KZJ 06.59/07.01; BPQ 09.48/50; SEGM 11.41/43; NGP 12.55|| NGP 14.25; SC 22.00|| SC- PUNE VB may be reverse TT of 12025/26
what i feel is this train 12745/46 is most likely to get extended till VKB and to get RSA with 17625/26. Because Repalle SC Delta exp got approval for 1 way extension till VKB and as soon as they even get the approval for the return direction they might shift its PM to Bidar and operate it as

Saw the alignment map of the new line it's not the extention of the present line beyond the rly station..it's new line branching our of mainline ahead of the Road station which requires Loco change if trains are proposed to be run from sattupalli towards Dornakal main. I havent come across any news regarding extention of the line to kovvur. Did the state govt give their consent to give land free of cost atleast from Telengana and AP ascrequested by MoS? Minisrry has also asked share cost of the project for extention but no reply from both govts and this is a lut a year or 2 yrs back.If they complete the line then they may run passenger trains.

Yes The GIRA Book shows Bhadrachalam-Kovvvur Line made up to Parthasarathipuram & Manuguru-Ramagundam New line
As per the source Ajanta Express might run with Dedicated Rakes or RSA with other Kacheguda Bound trains as the terminal is changed to Kacheguda. 12745/46 SC MUGR SF is going to run from "Secunderabad" itself and with some other RSA. The PR may come out soon due to some modifications in the schedule the bookings are not yet opened, it may be opened soon
