yehi to badmashi hai. Clerical charge ke nam pe sab kat lete hai
Cancellation charge for a reserved ticket makes sense for a unconfirmed WL ticket after chart preparation rs 60 for GS doesn't make sense. Your statement is like you should donate money to IR without availling the service. Already the traveller is paying customer charges to IRCTC for booking and payment gateway charges while the govt wants to do digital transactions.
Totally agree with you. It's a loot. But some people here think that some one raising some issue related to some relevant topics are idiots coz their coffers are full and it doesn't affects them.
