shikhar~ 318 blog postsI have booked 2AC ticket in 12319 Kolkata- Agra Cant Express from DGR to DDU for today's journey. My seat numbers are 32 and 52. In IRCTC website (after chart preparation), 32 is shown as upper birth but 52 is shown as side upper birth (SU). But I think 52 should be upper birth (UB). Can somebody explain?
If berth is multiple of 6 then it's Side upper,
If it's multiple of 2 but not multiple of 6 then it's Upper berth
If it's multiple of 2 but not multiple of 6 then it's Upper berth
It can be true if the maximum berth in that 2A coach is 52 then 52 is obviously Side upper.
