They are in RSA. Though the CC is different, they add/detach the coaches in Yard..
so instead of just flipping the train boards, they just flip the coaches entirely?? thats crazy :o
Pdpk depot also does that. Check 22851/52. And it's rsa partners
Coach attach-detach. I think this is the reason of late shunting maybe

Somehow, this seems to be a regular phenomenon with 18181 TATA - THE Express. The rake is shunted 10 - 15 min before departure time.
Aise TT par naa hi bheje to sahi. Badhiya sa TT ho to sahi hai
