Departing right time now standing at deorakot delayed by aproxx 4 hour late

All trains around this stretch were delayed, maybe due to block work for track doubling
Train is late by 10 hrs to arrive at Delhi. Question is track doubling work was between Goshainganj and Darshan nagar & AYC DLI EXP originates from AYC which is ahead of Darshan nagar, so why this train was made late that too by 7-8 hrs, 1-2 hrs is acceptable and if this problem was bound to arise then this train could have been cancelled. God knows the logic of Indian Railways, very irresponsible, pathetic approach and planning done by railways. People must have faced problem who must be going for exams, interviews and offices.
May be because of signal disconnection on BBK-AYC-ZBD route during interlocking process , but fir bhi 7-8 hrs was too much and they couldn't handle just one train to run on time. Interlocking work also gets completed by evening.
Bhai past year se work itna tez ho raha h ki kabhi kabhi to Bina bataye block le lete hain, once I got stuck in darshannagr for 5 whole hours.
