This train is always full, so no need to extend, there is a need to run additional train from Pune to Jaisalmer instead in the same slot

Have a look at this old 1980s documentary about Indian Railways. Narrator travelled from BOMBAY to KERALA. See old TT at RS at 21:10 time stamp. It showed Pune-Secunderabad and Pune- Raichur passengers. See the old steam loco at GTL. Old Yelahanka looks amazing.
