In my opinion railways should break rsa or rake sharing arrangement between 12527/28 Ramnagar Chandigarh express and 15059/60 Lalkuan Anand Vihar Terminal bi weekly express and should run both train seperately and should extend 15059/60 Lalkuan Anand Vihar Terminal express upto Kathgodam (after breaking rsa of 12527/28 and 15059/60 ) and should increase frequency of 15059/60 from bi weekly to five days a week and should do it's primary maintenance of 1 icf rake at Kathgodam on wednesday and saturday . saath virtual meeting hui jismein bahut saare suggestions aaye, jaise ki speed restriction area se 3 km pehle drivers ko remind karna, bolder caution orders, aur permanent speed restriction ko bhi order mein include karna. Committee in suggestions par review karegi aur safe train operation ke liye operational norms mein changes karne par bhi sochegi.
