Today again, the train is late by about 3 hours. Absolutely no priority, and no hygiene in the train. Not cleaned properly, half of the AC coaches have no water. Boarded at CNB right time, and by the time it reached DDU, it was 4 hours late. Serious issues with how controllers prioritise this train. Doesn't feel like a Duranto at all.
