In ICF days, the Kerala express used to get loco change at Erode so as the loco has already done 5000kms so they detached it for inspection.

The logic of Indian railways is if a train is delayed in other zone then after changing zone the zone gives more priority to its train rather than other other train,in this case Kerala might have been delayed in NCR so SCR gave more priority to charu than Kerala,same applies to rajadhani, Duronto and other premium trains
Same applies to premium trains also ? I don't think so, if it was a premium train like Raj or Duronto instead of Kerala, surely charminar would have been looped.
I don't think so, recently i travel in nzm-sc Duronto and it got rescheduled in nzm itself and due to this train got trolled by many sf expresses
Join me as I'll be traveling an another overnight SF Express train from MGR Chennai Ctrl back to my home Bengaluru (Krishnarajapuram)... 👍👍👍
