Don't think the proposal makes sense. 12626 arrives at about 15 hrs. Needs at least 6 hrs for Primary Maintenance. So RSA partner should there be any, can be readied only after 21 hrs. Maveli departs at 18.45.
i think the move will be to shift PM to MAQ(after MAQ is equipped to handle LHB)
As per the current timing it is impossible to have RSA with Maveli Express with PM at KCVL. If there is no change in timing, it would mean that, Kerala Express PM is getting shifted to MAQ.
I hope its not the other way around, i.e dumping one more rake's (Kerala Exp) maintenance at MAQ and freeing space at TVC to introduce more trains of their benefit

There's reversal and loco change (from Diesel to Electric) @ QLN.
Also 56366 generally trails 16304 TVC - ERS Vanchinad Express & hence the long wait.
