Today I have cancelled a confirm ticket at 12358 , 3 rd AC for 30/04/2020. Ticket was Saharanpur to Kolkata. But cancellation charge has taken 190 rs. Can anyone explain how much cancellation charge for confirm ticket now both AC and sleeper ?

What is to scrutiny when I am onboard 12358 itself ..
Secondly 12392 is also running with E-loco in lead via PBH.

12392 running with eloco on pbh route is not surprising but train going from lko to pbh via rbl with eloco is something surprising as no train officially ran through this route.
Secondly PBH-BSB pax train running with eloco from last six months so 12392 running is not surprising with eloco as it went from lko till SLN and diverted from there.

It had been almost 5 months since freight operation are done via RBL with E-locos.

You are saying as if you always remain available at JUC at the time it’s deparature .. and moreover this train is in service for last 8 years and if people still not known about the stoppages of train then its people’s admant mindset and as I have traveled numerous time so I know rail make announcement or not at JUC station. Seemly u already have experienced and reached in lieu of your ignorance about Beas stoppage that is why are defending chain pulling done at Beas.
