My opinion. 12959/60 stays on it original route & original days of run.
12965/66 must run via ADI-MSH-PTN-BLDI(Reversal)-SIOB route avoiding Reversal at PNU

Ek hi alot pe chalti thi before Covid, ZBTT ke bad 12959 aur 12965 do alag slot pe chal rhi hai.
Haan pahle is train ka timings ko Palanpur aur Gandhidham ke beech me theek karna chahiye. Phir is train ko Gandhidham aur Bhuj se bhi patronage milega.
My suggestion.
Route Sayaji Via PNU-SIOB and extend till Deshalpur
12959/12960 route via VG as Daily SF
22951/22952 to become Triweekly.
