All trains in East coast to south are punctual max late 30-60mins in intermediate stations which is generally makeup unless they are serious disruptions.

SER is a zone run by Freight Mafias. i.e. Important HWH trains are being shifted to SHM so that HWH New Complex can be sold to Private Hands
As per my knowledge, 12833/34 ADI - HWH Express reverted back to ICF due to shortage and inadequate allotment of LHB rakes( 12833/34 required 5 rakes in total). That's why its LHB rake was withdrawn and given to 22817/18 HWH - MYS Express & 12867/68 HWH - PDY Express.
Never expect new thing from SER division either coaches / Loco / packedFood etc
