All berths are occupied at kulithalai so next is dinner at tpj and good sleep.

Data problem in my phone. Had a good dinner at tpj junction. Not much time here at tpj. Crossing sreerangam. Pandian exp crossed here. Again moving slowly. The speed is like passenger train. No good speed from krr.

Cool night. Going to sleep..

Mobile Charge drained. Updates ends here. Train reached tmv at 2.35 am slight 10 mins late.
Seen some one running with family to catch the train for going chennai. Strange thing booking from here to chennai at this time.

While boarding at Coimbatore there were only pillows on each berth. The coach attendant enquired whether we need bed sheets and provided two each. The blankets got loaded at Erode and it is being placed on each berth by him

i had once seen in Netravati.. I had travelled with my cousin from TVC to TCR. Blanket was provided.. and the used blanket was folded and kept for the next passenger... :(

Good evening Roshan. It is a practice in all trains. I usually travel by Rapti sagar or Korba from Chennai to cbe. They fold and provide the used blankets only right in front of our eyes. But they provide washed bed sheets and pillow covers.

Sorry I could not continue and complete the trip diary. The B2 coach got filled up at Karur. It seems this is the only direct train from Karur to Chennai and is a favorite for the Karur people.
But the train journey was boring after Karur. The train was halting at a number of places and few crossings also. The train reached Trichy 20 minutes late
