Bro , the thing is CAPE isn't having that much need for daily train to Delhi. CAPE ppl can make use of chain connectivity which is excellent from TVC , CAPE+NCJ revenue is very less . Even in Tirukkural , Madurai and Trichy are the major fillers. Kindly see the attachment for proof
