Hi , Tr Ra Fa . As we all know that this train has a Non - Stop run between Asansol and Kiul entirely skipping Jharkhand (Madhu & Jasi Stns en route) . In earlier days (between Intro Year 2001 and Nov/Dec 2004) , even SDAH - ASR Akal Takht Exp had a Non - Stop Run between Chittaranjan Jn (Not Madhupur at that time) and Patna Saheb Stns en route . By Dec , 2004 ; Jasidih , Jha Jha , Kiul and Mokameh Stns were added due to politico - public pressure in Bihar (Lalu Ji was RM also...

If Jha Jha is a "technical" halt for crew change and also a commercial halt for many trains , then how does Howrah Rajdhani Express via PATNA manage to skip Jha Jha and make a Non - Stop run between Madhupur Jn and Jasidih Jn ?!?!
