Kaveri Express stationed at platfrom no 11 powered by RPM's new set of 3 phasers. RPM WAP 7 30409 is all set to haul this train till Bangalore, from where KJM WDB 4/4B will continue. Pic taken: 30th March 2015. (Surprise of the day was , 16021 reched MYS 5 mins early and even departed from SBC bang on time)

Regarding this train some requirements are imperative as per my point of view:1 A Pantry Car is essential for such a "Long Distance" Train.2 An AC First Class Coach can be provided for this train in an "Experimental Basis".3 IR is requested to "Revisit" the "route" of this train. Different "Route Chain" is required to be formulated for this train which will truncate the total distance from SRC to MAQ which is now 2488km taking 41hr25m to cover it by this train.4 If possible SER can provide Hybrid LHB Rake (Like HWH YPR Duronto) or Pure LHB Rake(Like Poorva Exp)...

GET DOWN AT BANGLORE AND CATCH A BUS TO MYSORE.What i said in heading is what i actually felt when i traveled from MAS- MYS in this train last friday. It started from platform 3 of MAS bang on time with RPM WAP7. But it was not a comfortable journey because of CBC rake, too much of jerks. The train was almost on time(10min late is negligble) til Banglore. But after that it started getiing delayed. If am not wrong, the train left SBC around 4:40. Then there were many crossings, halted in almost every stations, moved in slow pace...
