Official reason by SWR for cancellation of LHB conversion of Goa express. Looks like the rakes allotted to Goa express will be given to some other train now as no plans to change the rake of Goa express as of now. As per the reply looks like VSG CDO not capable of PM of LHB stock. Still don't know how they did PM of VSG NZM Clone Humsafar last year. Unfortunately looks like a dark day to be a RF from VSG. No chance of VSG getting LHB rake anytime soon. Looks like here SWR never bothered to upgrade VSG to...

If I'm not wrong the last SWR train to get LHB rake was YPR LKO in mid January this year ?Coach allotment to SWR post that from ICF and MCFApart from pics i have attached SWR also got LSLRs and 1st AC coaches which are of no use to Goa express since it won't be having them in CC.Only coaches not allotted are GS coaches so I'm pretty sure they had planned to use coaches they have in spares and only 2 EOGs alloted so remaining to have come from spare coaches too.

In the recent past ( at least April/May coach out run figures from ICF) it can be seen there has been allotment of LHB coaches for SWR. But no idea which train these will be allocated for ? Hope the complete rakes of Goa express are done at the earliest.

Goa express LHB allotment notified by SWR.Finally it's happening 😍😍 Hope to see it getting 130 MPS sanction and a new slot is possible as present one is full of humiliating overtakes for both 12779 and 12780 in ET NZM ET section.I had put an RTI in Jan 2021 in my father's name.
