What is happening with Katihar Division?They are intentionally scrapping old ER owned LHB rakes of Farakka Express which is causing it to reschedule by 7-8 hours everyday. Why can't they remove the ER sticker & paste NF stickers instead of scrapping?(Note: I am not defaming)

But check the main TBs of trains like Doon exp and Aranyak exp. How come all the 3 zones of Bengal, ER, SER and NFR, are doing the same mistake?? This is completely intentional and imposition of non-native languages on us.
