The timings that you have suggested is more or less correct at least from Chennai onwards which was supposed to be implemented from Sep 2016 onwards. Unfortunately it was sabotaged at the last moment by daily passengers/office goers between ERS-Alleppey for whom it was a convenient option. Official twitter notification attached. Quite unfortunate for passengers at least in the last leg of the journey between Coimbatore-Alleppey where it is trolled in such a a way that it reaches ERS around 18hrs. ECR should explore option of a delayed departure from DHN or a complete overhaul in time.

Train 13351 which left Dhanbad on 7th August will return as 13352 from CBE on 10th August. Tran which left on 6th August is stuck somewhere between Alleppey and ERS since 8th August and yet to start return journey.....so every possibility of one rake lying short and return journey also affectedPic Source: SR FB page

Quite a strange running for this train. When it is late, it manages to cover dist between VSKP-BZA in just 7 hrs and BZA-MAS in 7 hours despite so many stoppages and peak hr traffic. Overall train which was late by 4 hrs in VSKP managed to reach destination before time !!!! Even after all this there seems to be no interest to speed up this train

So by the initial looks of it seems, whatever time was halted in SRR, the same i now compensated with additional halt time at PGT & OTP probably due to before time running. 30 min in PGT and almost 1 hr in OTP. At the end of the day obviously TVC div needs to show its punctuality irrespective of the fact that passengers are being put to misery
