Looks like upper management and administration have begun their चाबी लगाना on Azad Hind. The delay amount after leaving Rourkela has decreased somewhat. A few days ago this train was consistently delayed for more than an hour after leaving Rourkela on each run, which used to balloon to 4 hours, if not more, upon reaching Raipur. A 1.5 hour delay should also be unacceptable to passengers, but in this case, is a massive improvement. Let's see if the train maintains this relative punctuality till its final destination.
