Vskp - Eluru to Guntur is charged with superfast surcharge though average is less then 55kmph. Only Vijayawada Guntur is charged express fare without SF surcharge of Rs 45. Now who will travel with Rs 265 in ACC from Vijayawada to Guntur? even if no SF charge is collected.
