I am travelling via Mumbai Howrah mail...... 7 hr 25 mins late me and my mom struck at Manmad and what I get from the announcement is sorry for the inconvenience. Worse when I went to the complains department, the guy says that are you not aware all Mumbai to Howrah bound trains are late for last 2 years like I had a dream. Worst treatment to the passengers. Staying in a pathetic condition in the waiting room with sleep for last 10 hours. Hope others have the good sense to follow the train via this good portal.
