In 1st AC (and 1st class), the berths / seats are allotted only on charting.
Being the highest class, it is VIP prone and they are given the maximum comfort.
After the VIP absorption, it comes to the general passengers and if available, a coupe of 2 may be given to a PNR of 2.
Yet, suppose, on a day in a

train, after VIO allotment, remaining there are a coupe of 2 and a coupe of 4 for 6 un-allotted (so far) passengers who have 3 PNRs of 2 each. The charting clerk can now give a coupe of 2 to only one PNR and rest 2 PNRs (of 2 each) will have to be accommodated in the coupe of 4.
This way, there may be a chance that a PNR of 4 passengers is bifurcated into 2 or more Coupes.
Ladies traveling alone are also given preference to be either in a coupe of 2 with other single lady or to be there in a coupe of 4.
Wish you all the best for allotment of a coupe for 2.

Re# 217129
If the passenger passenger gives verbal or written request (on the same reservation form) for allotment of Coupe than the booking clerk selects 'CP' option in PRS system to consider this request as first preference.
In case of any VIP/HO movement their PNR gets priority over any CP request made by any GN quota passenger.

What is EOG??(Detailed answer--akin to 10 marks Question...!)
End on Generation (EOG) is the system used on fully air conditioned Rajdhani and Shatabdi trains. The system comprises two power cars per train. Each power car has two DG sets and each DG set is rated at 300 kW. These are mounted inside the power car or the entire power car coach which is dedicated for these power plants. The power generated by these DG sets is utilized for hotel load of the train.
According to estimates EOG concepts bring in multiple advantages to

railways and release hauling capacity of locomotives while saving energy efficiency by over 90%.
Release of traction hauled loads can improve average speed of coaches. EOG concept eliminates axle mounted generator and corresponding battery bank and inverter on each coach and replace it with one unit of DG set under the SLR.

--::RAMAGIRI PASSENGER::--
Bit entertainment:
Long long ago lord rama, laxmana, sitha dhevi (jhanaki) and our bachelor boy lord hanuman visited ramagundam as a part of their picnic tour (nasik to badhrachalam).
Rama was thirsty and he didn't find water to drink, then he approached hanuma for water. Powerfull man hanuman made one idol with sand in the form nandhi (cow type shape) and he

prayed lord shiva to realease water from that sand idol. Lord shiva reacted to lord hanuman's request and water came from the nose of the sand idol (presently it is calling ramagundam bugga.. . water spring) then rama drank water and spent few days. Latter on they went to ramagiri killa (ramagiri mountain) near to ramagundam There Rama made swimmingpool to sitha dhevi on the mountain, really it is very interesting it maintains water even in summer also. Lot of natural herbal and medicine trees available on this mountain ramagiri khilla.
After that Rama, laxmana, sitha dhevi went to badhrachalam by their own flight hamsa vaahanam.. lord hanuman went by flying himself (since he has flying power and electrodynamic shape).
Latter on our indian railway copied lord hanuman's shape and introduced that concept in WAP-7 engine.
Any way this train name got " RAMAGHIRI PASSENGER".
Thanks!!..
