Heights of arrogance. First of all they caused trouble to thousands of passengers and then they are not ready to accept their fault.
Good move by some alert and proactive passengers which avoided further confusion.
Yes.. There is no direct/simple way to reach MAO from GR. If at all train was diverted to PUNE-SUR-GTL-KJM-ED route deliberately then they should have informed the passengers accurately.
