It will be good if they make it better rather than faster...Better make other SF trains run faster like Kalka, Poorva, HWH-NDLS Bi weekly.
I think, the planning phase is over(Planning started in 2012, see this article from TOI - click here). And, this time the article says the RM has approved fund to procure EMU sets.
