This was likely possible...."Panna Tiger Reserve" authority is not gonna to give trans-pass new rail line through its territory...because this Tiger reserve is very sensitive..In 2008-09 Total Tiger population was vanished/killed by poachers. Now only 26-28 Tigers are there...Really tough task for IR!!!
